[Film] Hellboy II
So Hellboy II: The Golden Army opened today in the States. We have to wait until 28/08/08.
Anybody seen it yet?
Good?
Well, here's

Terrible? How so? Folks stated that it was better than the first one.
And we are also talking about Del Toro here! The guy who directed Blade II!

Still, I'm pretty sure I'll see it. The trailers and commercials have done their job well.

It was very visually appealing, but I just couldn't get into the movie. My sentiments echo Kyo's on this one.
The critics liked
No Country , too.

I remember seeing the first one in 2004. It was a good movie but I wasn't wowed by it. Found it slow. Hmmmm not surprised this one is the same.

As an attorney, I recognize and defend your right to your own opinion, no matter how wrong it may be.
I have simple taste when it comes to movies - I merely expect to be entertained. No Country did that on a low level, but overall the movie was nowhere near as violent and fast-paced as I'd expected, and I was disappointed by the ending.
Which is pretty much how I felt about Hellboy II .
